The bookmark goes great with your book and, together with the ribbon bookmark, you now have two options for marking a place in your book. So you can z. B. Use the bookmark to mark where you last read and use the bookmark to mark the topic you are currently taking notes on.
Printing: Sustainable recycled cardboard was used for the bookmark and it was printed in a climate-neutral manner.

1x Notepad for on the go
If you read the book, you will see your surroundings with more "open" eyes and you will encounter a lot on the subjects in the book when you are out and about. The small notepad (handy A6 format) is intended to capture these thoughts. Here you can write down the date and the topic with the associated notes on the topic (or the applications). These can also be your own new tasks (applications) on the topic. At home, you just put your notes in the book. A few notes can also accumulate there, as you may only make entries in the diary every week or a few times a month. When you have the necessary rest, then transfer your notes to the diary and think back to the situation you experienced.
Printing: The block was printed on natural paper (PEFC seal) and climate-neutral.
1x Ballpoint pen with pen loop
Thanks to the pen loop (which is glued to the back of the book cover), you always have the ballpoint pen at hand when the right thoughts come to mind. You can of course also use any other pen (e.g. your favorite pen) that fits into the pen loop.
Material: The pen was produced sustainably (wheat straw mix from stalks left behind after harvesting wheat grains).
1x Mindfulness postcard
As you read the book, you are sure to think of friends and family more often than usual. With the mindfulness postcard you can write to them what you are feeling for them as you read. That will surely make her happy.
